That is the tradition of Carlisle ! It's important to note that eating is a natural habit of man. We do it every day, even if not on Sundays, we do it every day, when we are tired or when it's the most convenient for us. But in the end, we need nourishment and the human body needs to make sure that it gets enough. When people come to Carlisle , they are there for the long haul.
They do it to eat. It's not a fast food place. You're supposed to sit there and wait for it to get cold and the food will come to you and it will be ready when you are hungry. This isn't something that people will notice in some of the advertisements of Carlisle restaurants on TV or the radio. We eat a variety of things here. We like to try everything. We like to try new things. We know that you won't be disappointed with your food. We don't want it to be bland, we don't want it to be overpriced, no. We want the experience to stay true to the tradition of Carlisle. This is what the people there are thinking when they decide who to eat for lunch and who to eat for dinner.
