Upon entering the restaurant, we were dismayed by its uncleanliness; sticky floors, unkempt tables and a lingering odor tainted the atmosphere. This starkly contrasted with the coastal vibe that the eatery aimed to project.
Service was also slow - it took an extended period of time for someone to acknowledge us and take our order. We waited even longer for our food which only heightened our disappointment.
As for the food, it fell short of our expectations. The fish tacos were merely average with stale fish lacking any coastal zest we had hoped for. My fiancée ordered the shrimp quesadilla which was equally unimpressive; overcooked and bland shrimp did not make for an enjoyable dish.
