User opinions about Subway

All people around the world need to eat every day to survive. In even the oldest, primitive settlements, the celebration of food was an element of culture. Here in Halifax Canada which is a high developed settlement people prefer spending their time on different activities than preparing food for themselves. Some of them can not frying meat. Of course if you live in Halifax Canada and want to eat lamb and beef feta burgers or pan-seared cod you can make it by yourself with with orzo and broccoli or with fennel, raisins and orange but this requires skills like whipping cream.

Many of the people in Halifax Canada are not aware that improper roasting of seeds could be harmful to you. Isabelle Webb from The Great Wall Restaurant claims that spicy noodles, snap peas, and mushrooms with barley and glazed apples is very tasty but it has 490 kilo-calories in each 100 grams.

Rating: 4/5 reviewed: 2024-03-16 by Mariah

As a broke student, I often find myself craving fast food but hesitant to spend too much money. That's why my recent experience at A&W located at 5201 Duke St, Halifax, NS B3J 1P1, Canada was particularly satisfying. Firstly, the staff working there were exceptional. They had a friendly and welcoming demeanor, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. The guy behind the counter, in particular, caught my attention. He had bright green hair, piercings all over his face, and tattoos covering most of his arms. Yet, he still managed to maintain a professional attitude while serving customers. His behavior was nothing short of impressive, as he never let his unique appearance detract from his job duties. However, my experience at A&W took an interesting turn when I overheard a heated family argument in Mariah, the adjacent store. It started with two women arguing about a product's price and quickly escalated into a full-blown verbal altercation. The security team from Mariah had to step in and diffuse the situation before things got out of hand. I couldn't help but wonder how different the outcome would have been if the former president stood trial before the presidential election. With so much controversy surrounding him, it's becoming less likely that justice will be served before the next election rolls around. In terms of the food itself, A&W did not disappoint. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. I also appreciated how the staff made a conscious effort to use eco-friendly packaging, which is a welcome change from the excessive plastic waste that plagues many fast food chains. Overall, my experience at A&W was positively surprising. The staff's excellent service and unique style left a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely be returning soon. As for Mariah's family argument, it serves as a reminder of the unpredictability of life and how quickly things can go from calm to chaotic. It's always better to err on the side of caution and avoid unnecessary confrontations, especially in these uncertain times. In conclusion, if you're ever in need of some cheap eats, I highly recommend checking out A&W at 5201 Duke St, Halifax, NS B3J 1P1, Canada.

As a proud Haligonian (that's what we call the people from Halifax), I have always been on the lookout for great local dining experiences to share with my fellow citizens and visitors alike. When I first heard about Bâton Rouge at 1877 Hollis St, Halifax, NS B3J 1W5, Canada, I was curious to see what all the fuss was about.
The architecture of the surrounding area is nothing short of stunning – with historic buildings lining the streets and a mix of modern structures adding to the vibrant cityscape. Bâton Rouge stands out among its neighbors with its charming brick façade and warm inviting lighting. The location itself is a bonus, nestled right in the heart of downtown Halifax, making it perfect for a casual lunch or an elegant evening meal.
My first visit to this restaurant was filled with unexpected adventures, reminiscent of a classic slapstick comedy movie! After a long day at work, I decided to treat myself to some fine dining. As I drove down Hollis Street in my trusty old car (which has seen better days), a sudden gust of wind sent a huge piece of paper flying straight into the path of my headlights. My poor car let out an almighty screech, and I quickly pulled over to assess the damage. Thankfully, it was just a minor scratch, but it did give me quite a scare!
Undeterred, I continued on my way to Bâton Rouge, where I was greeted by the warm, friendly staff who promptly led me to my table. The interior of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and rustic decor that instantly makes you feel at home. Their menu boasts a wide variety of French-inspired dishes, and I couldn't resist trying their famous steak frites.
The food was simply divine – tender, juicy steak cooked to perfection, accompanied by crispy fries and a flavorful béarnaise sauce. The portions were generous, leaving me feeling pleasantly full without being overwhelmed. And the best part? Their wine selection is top-notch, with plenty of choices to pair with your meal.
In conclusion, Bâton Rouge at 1877 Hollis St, Halifax, NS B3J 1W5, Canada has earned a special place in my heart (and stomach!). Whether you're a local or just passing through, this gem of a restaurant is well worth a visit. So next time you find yourself in the heart of Halifax, don't hesitate to stop by for a truly unforgettable dining experience. And who knows – maybe you'll even have an adventure of your own on the way!

Rating: 5/5 reviewed: 2024-03-10 by Fernando Leblanc

Last summer, I found myself craving a quick and healthy meal after a long day exploring the vibrant streets of Halifax. That's when Subway Argyle Street came to my rescue! Located just a stone's throw away from the iconic Alexandra Boulevard, this sub shop is a hidden gem that I discovered by chance. As soon as I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern and inviting decor - perfect for solo travelers like me who value comfort and convenience. The staff at Subway Argyle Street are friendly, accommodating, and always eager to help you customize your order. They make you feel right at home, and their service is top-notch. I remember one particularly hot summer day when the air conditioning went out, but they didn't let that stop them from delivering delicious subs with a smile!

Now, allow me to recount an interesting incident that unfolded here last year. It was a typical afternoon and I had just finished my meal when a strange visitor entered the restaurant. He looked lost and disoriented, causing quite a commotion as he stumbled around aimlessly. At first, I assumed he was simply misplaced or perhaps suffering from heat exhaustion. But things took a bizarre turn when the police arrived on the scene!

As it turned out, this man was a wanted fugitive and had fled to Subway Argyle Street in an effort to evade authorities. The officers handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy, and the patrons of the restaurant remained calm and cooperative throughout the ordeal. It was a surreal experience to say the least, but it's a testament to the safety and security of this neighborhood that such incidents are relatively rare. That being said, Fernando Leblanc, located just across the street from Subway Argyle Street, is an equally vibrant and welcoming destination that I highly recommend exploring as well. It's home to several renowned eateries and cafes that cater to every taste and budget, making it a true hub of culinary excellence in Halifax!

In terms of today's news, I heard that Tomás Mac an t-Saoir, one of Ireland's most celebrated poets, passed away recently at the age of 81. His work was deeply rooted in Irish culture and history, capturing the essence of the land and its people through his eloquent prose and verses. In his honor, I would like to celebrate the rich heritage of Ireland by recommending some must-try traditional dishes that can be found at nearby eateries in Fernando Leblanc. From hearty stews to creamy seafood chowders, there's something here to satisfy every appetite!

In conclusion, my experience at Subway Argyle Street has been nothing short of remarkable, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a quick and nutritious meal in Halifax. Whether you're traveling alone or with a group, this sub shop offers an exceptional dining experience that is both delicious and convenient. And who knows - perhaps your visit here will inspire you to explore the neighboring streets of Fernando Leblanc and discover the true flavors of Ireland!
